You can choose to sign up for the Related Automatic Bill Payment
Program and have your rent automatically withdrawn from your bank
account, or billed to a credit or charge card every month - perfect
for your busy lifestyle, or for when you're traveling. Best of all,
by paying your rent with a rewards-eligible Visa card or American
Express Card you can earn rewards that may be redeemed at various

The Related Personal Assistant
The Related Personal Assistant brings new meaning to the words
luxury living. With just a simple phone call or email, you can
request just about anything and our team of assistants can help you
with it. They can make dinner reservations, arrange for a car
service, or find you a housekeeper, a personal trainer, a massage
therapist or a dog walker. They are readily available to help you
organize your closets, your home and your life. And that's just for
starters. The Personal Assistant can get you tickets for concerts,
the theater or sporting events. You need it, you name it, we can do
it. And, while you pay for the services you book, the arrangements
and reservations are completely complimentary.

Related Hi-Tech Home®
Related Hi-Tech Home is a package of the very latest technology
options for your apartment. For high-speed Internet access, you can
choose between cable modem service, ETHERNET, DSL and our newest
option - wireless Web through Wi Fi service. Video options include
digital cable and satellite TV with the clearest picture, CD quality
sound and the widest choice of programming available anywhere. (Not
all options available in all buildings.) All of our apartments
feature multiple phone line capability, Cat 5e wiring and multiple
outlets in each room (in select buildings) to accommodate your
furniture layout and lifestyle. And our newer buildings feature
structured wiring designed to deliver state-of-the-art performance
today while providing the capacity to handle changing technologies
in the future.
Business Services
Many Related Rentals buildings now feature professional business
centers where you can work, teleconference and hold meetings with
clients and colleagues. Complimentary faxes and copies are also
available to you at the Leasing and Management Service Center during
business hours.
Service Specialist
Related cares about you. At each Related Rentals building an on-site
dedicated service professional, known as a Resident Service
Specialist is readily available to address all of your questions and
